Zombie Wall: yes or no?

[:1]Everyone liked Zombie Wall's basic form/function. Opinions seem to be split on the newly-revealed Zombie Tower runestone effect.

Personally, I think the concept is okay, but the zombies are way too nimble/agile as they climb, and I don't like the falling animation. They should land and attack enemies, or grab them and then dissolve into poison, or something. Just falling through the enemies and splatting on the ground looks weird, with the green goo not actually on top of the enemies.|||I agree Flux. The concept looks good but I think they could look more agressive when climbing/falling on the enemy. It just look like they drop their bodies instead of attacking...|||I wonder what the other runes do for that spell if one of them makes them do acrobatics lol?|||I've never been a fan of Zombie Wall to begin with... it just seems like a cheesy gimmick to me already, so the acrobatics make it worse.|||yes, the zombie ladder is silly as hell... maybe once used it will seem better, but atm it makes me want to /facepalm|||I'm a bit worried that the WD will end up with far too many of the silly rune effects compared to the other classes.

The concept's not bad but the execution could've been a bit more creative. Can't the bottom zombie fight enemies in melee range then have the others fall once he dies? At least that would maintain the whole obstruction-that-fights-back idea the skill has going for it.|||Or, for a really appropriate animation/function, the zombie tower will walk around and sway precariously, fighting nothing but to keep their balance.|||And the wind...

I can see it now!|||An idea I posted in the Runestone Think Tank:

The Zombie Wall appears and functions as normal (with a health meter of it's own?), but as the wall takes damage, zombies break off the wall and crawl or walk to attack aggressors. The amount of zombies that break off and the chance to get a walking zombie over a crawling (or running!) zombie would be dictated by runestone rank and CLvl.|||Quote:
