Haunted being used in screenshot

It's the 9th shot along, or the 2nd Witch Doctor shot. The screenshot says that it's Haunt. You cant see much but it's there (apparently).

edit: It also might look like that 1st Witch Doctor shot might have Haunt in it too, as the spell cast looks similar.
